Michael and Alane wanted to reach out to people needing guidance, to people not knowing where to turn and help them improve thier overall health and wellness, naturally. They believe that by helping people identify food intolerances that may be contributing to health challenges, people’s health & wellness will improve.

Alane has obtained two degrees from Trinity School of Holistic Health in Warsaw, Indiana. One degree is in Nutrition Counseling and the other is as a Naturopath. Michael is the office manager and in charge of the shipping department for test kits. They both enjoy seeing & hearing from people that have had their lives changed, simply by adjusting their diet after food intolerance testing has been done and by using the correct nutritional supplements to meet their individual needs. Nutritionally Yours is located in Roswell, GA, but Nutritionally Yours has been ablel to help people all over the country and around the world. Michael and Alane started www.foodallergytest.org to help people all over the country learn if they too are suffering from food allergies and/or food intolerances.

Alane has had Lyme disease for twenty years. She totally understands living with an illness and the need to only eat foods which her body can handle and to only take the supplements her body needs. She has intolerances to gluten, dairy, soy and eggs and when she eats these foods her pain symptoms are worse. By following her food intolerances/allergy test results and taking only the supplements her body needs her quality of life has drastically improved.

Michael and Alane understand children and how they too can be reacting to the food they are eating. They have four children and food allergy/intolerane testing has showed them what foods can trigger lack of focus, mucus build up and even a bad day. Diet & the right supplements helps their children get better grades, improves social skills and behavior, and helps prevent them from getting sick a lot during cold and flu season.

Michael worked as a manager in the heating and air conditioner industry. He is her air quality specialist, office manager and shipping dept. head. His understanding of how environmental factors affect our health is a great resource for their clients.

We partner with two medical labs for food testing. Cell Science runs the Alcat test and is based in Deerfield Beach, FL called Cell Science Systems Ltd. Corp. The other lab is Metametrix Lab which is located in Duluth, GA. Nutritionally Yours and Alane Palmer have been approved by the various labs on her websites to order specialized tests for people. She has the knowledge and understanding on how vitamins and minerals can effect health and wellnes. Along with each test result clients are provided with a personalized protocol written by Alane to help them achieve better health and wellness
